Founder’s Message

Aloaye International Foundation Inc. was created from a place of deep faith, personal loss, and a lifelong commitment to serving those who are often unseen and unheard. After the passing of my husband, Pastor Salisu Aloaye Marughu, I knew that his legacy of compassion, mentorship, and community service could not end with grief. It had to continue through purpose — a purpose rooted in restoring dignity, hope, and opportunity to widows, orphaned children, and vulnerable families.

As a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), a holder of the Pennsylvania Home Administrator Certificate, and a graduate with a BSc in Information Technology and a Master of Health Administration (MHA), my professional journey has always centered on care, leadership, and service. I have worked for many years as a Group Home Manager and have dedicated my life to supporting the elderly, young adults, and individuals in need of care through the organizations I operate here in the United States — Aloaye Home Care Agency, Divine Personal Care Home, and Favour Group Home.

My passion for caregiving, however, is not only professional — it is deeply personal. As a mother, grandmother, and community advocate, I have witnessed how support, love, and guidance can transform a life. My commitment to widows and orphans began long before this Foundation. Alongside dedicated members of our organization, I have spent years supporting less?privileged children in Nigeria: paying school fees, providing clothing, organizing annual outreach programs for orphanage homes, and ensuring they have access to education, care, and hope.

For 31 years, I served as a pastor’s wife, standing beside my husband as he ministered, mentored, and uplifted countless lives. Through his teachings, he instilled in me the Word of God and helped me grow spiritually. He taught me empathy, love, forgiveness, kindness, and compassion for the needy. These values shaped my life profoundly and became the foundation upon which this organization was built. His legacy lives on in every act of service we carry out.

I have mentored youth, encouraged young adults, and stood beside families facing hardship. This work has always been part of my calling.

Our mission is simple: to ensure that no widow or orphan walks alone. Our vision is bold: to build communities where dignity, belonging, and opportunity are restored. Our commitment is unwavering: to serve with compassion, integrity, and faith.
